Whether you live in Withamsville or are planning a visit, you should be prepared for varied weather conditions throughout the year. The summer months feature high temperatures and humidity levels, and significant rainfall is possible. Severe thunderstorms and an occasional tornado cannot be ruled out, but the heat is the major problem. There are over 20 days each season in which temperatures rise into the 90s, so a properly sized central air conditioner is vital to comfort and safety throughout the season.

Temperatures will cool off during the autumn months and will lead to a cold and snowy winter. You’ll want to have your gas or electric furnace serviced and inspected before this season, as temperatures often fall below freezing overnight. Significant snowfall, ice, and sleet are all possibilities during the winter months. A reliable furnace will protect your home and your family when the coldest winter weather strikes.
