About Newtown, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

A small village in southeastern Hamilton County, Newtown, Ohio was originally settled in the late 1700s. Prior to European settlement, the area was inhabited for close to 3,000 years by Native Americans, and they left behind numerous burial mounds, artifacts, and other world-renowned sites. Newtown was incorporated in 1901, and today the community is home to just under 3,000 residents. Previously known as Mercersburg, Newtown is conveniently located near Cincinnati, which offers a variety of cultural attractions and opportunities.

Visitors of Newtown and the greater Cincinnati area will find no shortage of things to do in the region. In Newtown specifically, residents enjoy grabbing a delicious meal at the Main Street Café, Newtown Village Tavern, or Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken. Art fans might like to visit the Olmes Gallery, which also provides framing services for customers, while fitness and sports fans in need of new equipment should check out Chica Sport. Other unique retail locations in the area include the Ivy Hills Pro Shop, Burger Farm & Garden and Center, and the Pomegranate & Lime Gift Shop.

Many residents of Newtown enjoy the varied weather conditions experienced here, especially when it comes to outdoor activities. During the summer, swimming, biking, and hiking are popular in the region, as temperatures are warm and skies are sunny. Thunderstorms and high humidity are also common, so it is important to be prepared for any conditions outdoors. A central air conditioner with a good SEER rating is a prized investment in many Newtown area homes.

During the winter, climate controls are also a necessity. While skiing and snowshoeing might be fun during the day, when overnight lows fall below freezing, it is important to have somewhere warm to retreat. A professionally-serviced furnace will ensure that indoor conditions in Newtown stay at a safe and comfortable temperature.
