About Fruit Hill, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

The small community of Fruit Hill, Ohio has a history that dates back centuries. Located in Hamilton County, it is currently home to approximately 3,800 people. This Cincinnati suburb offers a quick drive into the city, which has historically served as a gateway between the rural South and the industrial North. Compared to much of the U.S., the cost of living in Fruit Hill is low, and home prices are reasonable. This makes Fruit Hill a great destination for families to raise their children while working in the Cincinnati Metro area.

While there are some small restaurants and shops in Fruit Hill, a majority of the area attractions are found in the greater Cincinnati area. The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden and Krohn Conservatory are two popular destinations for naturel enthusiasts, while the Cincinnati Museum also offers interactive exhibits for children. Baseball fans might also like to check out a Cincinnati Reds game at the Great American Ball Park.

Climate controls are a necessity when living in or visiting Fruit Hill, especially since weather conditions vary with the changing of the seasons. The summer and winter months experience the greatest extremes, with snowy and cold conditions moving into the region in December. For several months the area will experience chilly days with average highs in the upper-30s. Overnight lows can fall well below freezing, and dangerous conditions can result when these low temperatures couple with snow and ice. The right gas or electric furnace can make a major difference in comfort level and safety throughout the season.

In the summer, residents rely on their central air conditioners to stay school. Daily highs tend to reach the upper-80s, but highs into the 90s are also possibilities. Humidity levels can be oppressive, making it feel even warmer outdoors. Proper air conditioner maintenance is a good way to ensure that these systems work properly when needed.
